Abstract

Sir.—We read with interest the case report, "Double Aneuploidy: TurnerDown Syndrome," by Townes et al in the September issue of the Journal (129:1062, 1975). However, it appears to us that there might be an error in Fig 3 (fluorescence karyotype of the patient showing 46,XO,21 + ). The last pair of group C chromosomes are in fact chromosome No. 8 rather than chromosome No. 12 as Fig 3 might indicate.1
