Abstract

• A 12-year-old girl with recurrent episodes of otitis was found to have anemia and occult blood loss due to a solitary hyperplastic polyp of the stomach. Polypectomy was performed successfully by endoscopy. To our knowledge, this benign epithelial tumor of the stomach has not been described in children.
