Abstract

Incorrect Word in Text. In the article titled "Variation in Patient Charges for Vaccines and Well-Child Care," published in the April Archives (1996;150:421-426), on page 425, the last sentence in the second paragraph in the left column should have read as follows: "In fact, in 1993, Massachusetts had a substantially lower percentage of children enrolled in Medicaid (34%) than did either North Carolina (45%) or Texas (49%),13 and Medicaid reimbursement rates for well-child visits in Massachusetts were similar to North Carolina rates and greater than reimbursement rates in Texas."
