This atlas covers most of the surgical conditions of infancy and childhood and includes chapters on preoperative and postoperative care, anesthesiology, neurologic, plastic, and urologic surgery, as well as general surgery. Each procedure is briefly described in the accompanying text and is well illustrated. It appears that the same artist has prepared all the illustrations. This volume is of special benefit to those concerned with surgery for the correction of congenital anomalies.
