—Thank you for your courtesy in passing on to me for comment Mr. Wolarsky's criticisms about one aspect of the three papers, by Dr. Ordman and me.At the outset, may I say that I sincerely appreciate the trouble Mr. Wolarsky has taken to study the paper on tensile strength of incisions and his efforts to be as fair as he has been in not quoting our statements therein totally out of context. Nevertheless, he has (I am sure quite unintentionally) failed to provide the full context of our arguments which are really based on all the detailed observations in the other two studies as well.These findings in the first two papers have specific relevance for the reply I would like to make to Dr. Wolarsky.
