Clostridia Hepatic AbscessAn Unusual Manifestation of Metastatic Colon Carcinoma

To our knowledge, this is the first report of a liver metastasis secondarily infected with gas-forming organisms. The primary neoplasm was adenocarcinoma of the colon and the organism was Clostridium septicum.
