Abstract

We have had experience with 96 cases of endobronchial brush biopsy. This study yielded a positive diagnosis in 40 out of 56 cases of malignancy and a specific diagnosis of infectious disease in an additional 12 patients. There has been minimal morbidity and no major complications.
