Abstract

To the 43 cases of hypernephroma in childhood reported in the literature, we have added the present case of a girl, aged 4½ years. A transabdominal nephrectomy was carried out 25 years ago. She has developed normally. She is in good health and enjoying life as a robust, hardworking housewife. Repeated investigations over these years have revealed no abnormalities of any type.
