      <description>&lt;span class="paragraphSection"&gt;A healthy 75-year-old woman presented with an 8-week history of a left supraclavicular neck mass. She denied a history of trauma or tobacco use and rarely consumed alcohol. She had no other pertinent head and neck symptoms and denied constitutional symptoms. The examination revealed a left supraclavicular, firm, nontender, 1-cm mass with no overlying skin changes. The findings from the remainder of her head and neck examination, which included fiber-optic laryngoscopy, were unremarkable.&lt;/span&gt;</description>
