Intermittent Outages on All JAMA Network Sites


The JAMA Network sites are currently experiencing intermittent performance issues, including outages. Our technology partner, Silverchair Information Systems, is taking steps to fix the root cause of the issues, which are related to a data center move on May 14 at 6 pm E.T.

All users may experience intermittent outages; however, https:// traffic appears to be more affected (this includes Athens, Shibboleth, some individual sign-in systems, and ecommerce functionality). We recommend that users attempt to access the sites after waiting a few minutes.
