FELLOWSHIP AWARDS  The National Committee for Mental Hygiene announces the following appointments for one year's training in extramural psychiatry. Under a grant from the Commonwealth Fund: Dr. George E. Gardner, of the Massachusetts General Hospital, to the Judge Baker Guidance Center; Dr. John H. Waterman, of the Hastings (Nebraska) State Hospital, to the Philadelphia Child Guidance Clinic; Dr. J.
