INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS OF PSYCHIATRY  The International Congress of Psychiatry (at present representing forty-one countries), will be held in Paris from Sept. 18 to 27, 1950. The program follows.

I. Scientific Program.  —A. Six main topics will be discussed in the afternoon sessions.
