CONGRESS OF NEUROLOGICAL SURGEONS  The third annual meeting of the Congress of Neurological Surgeons will be held at the Roosevelt Hotel, New Orleans, on Nov. 12, 13, and 14, 1953.Sir Geoffrey Jefferson, Consulting Neurosurgeon, Manchester Royal Infirmary, Manchester, England, will be guest speaker.
