To the Editor.—I could not resist adding to the list1 of "colorful moniker(s)" for some injuries, such as "housemaid's knee" and "preacher's knee," one more unique mechanism of injury, the "politician's wrist." This condition is caused by overly aggressive handshaking. We have seen 1 case this year.
