COMMITTEE TO STUDY CONTRACEPTIVE PRACTICES AND RELATED PROBLEMS  Dr. Everett D. Plass of Iowa City has been elected to membership on the Committee on Contraceptive Practices and Related Problems instead of Dr. James R. McCord of Atlanta, Ga., who declined to serve because of insufficient time to devote to the work of the committee. Dr. Carl Henry Davis was elected chairman of the committee. The committee as at present constituted consists of Drs. Carl Henry Davis, Milwaukee, chairman; George W. Kosmak, New York; W. A. Coventry, Duluth, Minn.; Richard J. O'Shea, Seattle; John Rock, Boston; Willard Richardson Cooke, Galveston, Texas, and Everett D. Plass, Iowa City, with Drs. James R. Bloss and W. C. Woodward, ex officio.
