Course in Aviation Medicine  At a dinner meeting of the U. S. Naval Reserve Medical and Dental Officers' Association in New York, recently, the following medical reserve officers were awarded certificates for having successfully completed the course in aviation medicine in which they were enrolled: Lieut. Comdrs. William J. Fordrung, Manfred J. Gerstley, Max Gratz, Abraham Jablons, Walter R. Loewe and Oscar Wald and Lieut. Lawrence A. Gerlach. The course was conducted by the medical office of the headquarters commandant, third naval district, Navy Department, and was the first of its kind to be held in the United States for naval reserve officers.
