General Copenhaver Retires.—
Brig. Gen. John R. Copenhaver, command surgeon of Tactical Air Command, in special retirement ceremonies in January was awarded the Legion of Merit. He had over 30 years of military service. He plans to settle in the San Antonio, Tex. area.
