—In the statement of normal chronaxy findings in the Clinical Note by LaFratta and Porterfield (An Unusual Case of Muscular Dystrophy, JAMA 182:1125 [Dec 15] 1962) the abbreviation "ms" was incorrectly spelled out as "meter per second" rather than "milliseconds."

The sentence should have read "Chronaxy findings were within limits in all muscles tested (0.24 to 0.5 milliseconds)." (In the immediately preceding sentence, the range of normal nerve conduction velocity findings was correctly given as 50 to 53 meters per second.)
