Wound Care Practice is a 1312-page, 2-volume text that combines the efforts of 65 authors who are experts in their respective fields. The combined 47 chapters are divided into 6 sections. They stand alone, so some repetition is noted and indeed expected. The editors, respected both as researchers and as clinicians, do a great job of keeping conflicting topics and themes to a minimum. The volumes are blessedly light and convenient to hold, read, and carry. The publisher is to be commended for not producing a single, burdensome, heavy volume.
