The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is investigating a potential link between testosterone use and stroke, myocardial infarction, and death, after the publication of a study in JAMA and another in PLOS One suggesting such risks. The agency has not yet reached a conclusion, but Public Citizen, a consumer advocacy group, is petitioning the FDA to add a black box warning to the labels of these drugs based on the evidence from these studies (http://bit.ly/1jB7O4n).
