In an August 20 letter to CMS, Sen Arlen Specter (D, Pa) and Sen John Kerry (D, Mass) said they were worried that the agency was questioning coverage of a drug appropriately approved by the Food and Drug Administration (http: //freepdfhosting.com/c71f20a008.pdf).
