International Conference Considers Health Needs of the Rural Elderly

Charleston, WVa—The heart says issues surrounding the health of the rural elderly are more dire than those faced by their urban counterparts, but the brain demands more data.

That was one of the key lessons learned during the First International Conference on Rural Aging held here in June and sponsored by the West Virginia University Center on Aging.
