THE JUDICIAL COUNCIL  Franklin W. Cregor, M.D., Indianapolis, has been appointed by President Wilbur to fill the vacancy on the Judical Council of the American Medical Association created by the election of Dr. J. H. J. Upham of Ohio to membership on the Board of Trustees. Dr. Cregor is now associate professor of dermatology in the Indiana University School of Medicine and is engaged in private practice in Indianapolis. He has long been an active member of the Indiana State Medical Association, and has served that society in various important assignments.

MEETING OF THE COUNCIL ON SCIENTIFIC ASSEMBLY  The regular semiannual meeting of the Council on Scientific Assembly will be held in Chicago, Dec. 21, 1923. Dr. J. Shelton Horsley, Richmond, Va., is chairman of this Council.
