The Laboratory Committees on Research and Methods of the International Association of Milk Dealers have collected in this comprehensive laboratory handbook the practical data of the literature of their industry, including methods of bacteriologic and chemical examination of dairy products and products used in the dairy industry, such as fruits, flavors and gelatin. The testing of washing solutions, brines, sterilizing solutions, and sterility of milk bottles and cans are included.
