The Lister Centenary  The arrangements made for the Lister centenary celebration, which is being held in conjunction with the meeting of the British Medical Association in Edinburgh next July, include a public meeting, July 20. Lord Balfour will take the chair, and addresses will be delivered by Sir Watson Cheyne, at one time Lister's assistant; Professor Tuffier of Paris; Professor Harvey Cushing of Harvard University, and Dr. James Stewart of Halifax, Nova Scotia. Throughout the week of the association meeting, a museum of Lister relics, in the arrangement of which the directors of the Wellcome Historical Museum, London, have cooperated, will be on view. An illustrated Lister memorial volume has been prepared, and will be presented to each registering member of the association.
