ARKANSAS 

State Medical Meeting.  — The Arkansas Medical Society will hold its annual meeting at Little Rock, May 11-14, under the presidency of Dr. James M. Lemons, Pine Bluff; all sessions will be at the Capital Hotel. The house of delegates will meet on the opening day, and the president's annual message will be delivered that afternoon. There will be a public session in the evening addressed by Dr. Charles M. Rosser, Dallas, Texas. The second evening will be devoted to entertainment and the second morning to unveiling a monument. There will be clinics at various hospitals. Dr. William Engelbach, St. Louis, will speak on "Diagnosis and Treatment of Defective Children" with lantern slide demonstration, and Dr. Seale Harris,
