This is a very complete volume which consists of sixty original plates illustrating the microscopic and gross topography of the central nervous system. Clear and concise anatomic descriptions furnish the text. The work is of course illustrative of the combination of clinical and anatomicopathologic methods of investigation that have been employed by French neurologists.
