In a preliminary report, read before the Radiological Society of North America in Milwaukee, in December, 1926, I1 described at length the difficulties in manufacturing a pure metallic lead colloid with even reasonable keeping qualities. I also described our final preparation, the one used in our early work, which could be kept at room temperature for from weeks to months.
