Bills Introduced.—  S. 434, introduced by Senator Langer, North Dakota, proposes to prohibit experiments on living dogs in the District of Columbia. H. R. 1457, introduced by Representative Randolph, West Virginia, proposes to amend the healing arts practice act of the District of Columbia so as to provide for the issuance of temporary permits to practice the healing art.
