Norman Baker Loses Again in Court.—
Norman Baker, former operator of alleged "cancer cure" hospitals in Arkansas and Iowa, serving a four year federal sentence on charges of using the mails to defraud, has lost a $25,000 civil action in the Arkansas supreme court to one of his former associates, Rennie A.
