To the Editor:—
In the April 17 issue of The Journal, page 1287, there is a misstatement of fact. You have listed Dr. Benjamin H. Schlomovitz as professor of pharmacology and toxicology, Marquette University Medical School, among those who testified in behalf of Marmola. Dr. Schlomovitz has never been specifically professor of pharmacology and toxicology at the Marquette University School of Medicine. From 1920 to 1923 Dr. Benjamin Schlomovitz was professor of physiology and pharmacology, but for the last twenty years he has not been associated with the Marquette University School of Medicine. This information has been given to Dr. A. J. Carlson, professor of physiology at the University of Chicago.
