Regulations Concerning the Sale and Export of Drugs  As the result of the decisions of the council of ministers, the following regulations have recently been decided on and promulgated:Narcotics now in stock or produced in the future will be exported according to regulations by which the Istanbul health department will be informed of the amount and kind of the goods to be exported, the name and address of the recipient, and the route by which the goods are being sent. If the country to which the goods are being sent requires that the importer procure special permission, this will have to be obtained. If these details have been attended to, the Istanbul department of health will issue a written statement that if the goods in question are received on the same day at the Istanbul customs there will be no objection to export; otherwise the ministry of health will
