To the Editor In a randomized clinical trial,1 Dr Futier and colleagues assessed the effect of individualized vs standard blood pressure management strategies on postoperative organ dysfunction. We had concerns regarding the blood pressure goals that were established for the subgroup of patients that was assigned to the standard blood pressure group.
