In Reply Drs Pocock and Alonso raise a number of concerns about our study.
First, 44% of female donors were excluded because of missing pregnancy information, but missingness depended solely on logistic factors (ie, changes in the electronic recording of donor information over the years). These data were therefore expected to be “missing completely at random” (shown in eTable 3 in the Supplement), allowing a valid “complete case” analysis.1
