Learn to sit still. Let this be one of the
unremembered moments that define
what you call your life. There is a time
for breathless and breaths missed, let
this be neither and taken slowly. Let
the atmosphere enter, separated three
layers from your soul, and no more. This
is your world for now, even if it is finite.
You can stop worrying that you are not
enough. You never had to be. Someone
should have told you that. Let the world
show you what it means when it says
there are oranges on the table, have one.
