To the Editor The US Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF) published an evidence report and systematic review and a recommendation statement on atrial fibrillation screening using electrocardiography (ECG).1,2 The USPSTF concluded that current evidence is insufficient to assess the balance of benefits and harms of screening for atrial fibrillation.
