To the Editor The study by Dr Guihard and colleagues1 is one of the few trials to use endotracheal intubation success as an outcome when comparing rocuronium and succinylcholine for rapid sequence intubation. With the exception of a few observational studies that evaluated intubation success,2 previous investigations only measured intubation conditions as an outcome.3
