Screening colonoscopy, through early diagnosis of CRC and removal of polyps, prevents death due to CRC.1 Increasing participation in CRC screening and improving quality of colonoscopy enhances detection and resection of colorectal polyps. Thus, guidance on appropriate timing of follow-up colonoscopy for postpolypectomy surveillance is warranted.2
