In Reply The USPSTF found net benefit for screening for lung cancer in adults with a smoking history.1 In the process of updating its recommendation statement, the USPSTF also systematically reviewed the evidence on the benefits of surgical resection and stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) for treatment of early-stage lung cancer.2
