This book is designed to cover methods for bacteriologic examination of body secretions and excretions as well as to present descriptions of pathogenic micro-organisms, together with characteristics useful for identification. Many of the methods are indicated rather than described in minute detail, so that the material will be useful for trained laboratory workers rather than for beginners. The illustrations are in color and, in general, are excellent.
