Congress of Military Medicine
Major General Charles R. Reynolds, surgeon general, U. S. Army, has been designated by President Roosevelt as president of the permanent committee of the International Congress on Military Medicine and Pharmacy, which will meet in Washington, D. C., in May 1939. At that meeting General Reynolds will become chairman of the organizing committee and president of the congress. This is the first meeting of this congress, organized at the close of the World War, in the Western Hemisphere.
