In connection with the presentation of the portrait of Dr. Walter B. Cannon to Harvard and the celebration of his twenty-five years of service as professor of physiology, a beautiful souvenir volume has been issued. It includes the addresses made on the important day by Drs. Edsall, Alvarez, Howell and Lusk, the acceptance address of President Lowell, and a record of Dr. Cannon's service, together with a bibliography of his writings. The book is beautifully printed, contains a reproduction of the portrait, and will be appreciated by all those who know Dr. Cannon.
