This is a new printing of a volume that has had considerable vogue since 1924. Its author is convinced that the muscles of the abdomen do not get enough exercise and that proper activities of the thorax and musculature will control posture, flatfoot, constipation and similar disturbances. He describes these exercises in detail. The publisher presents statements by R. Tait McKenzie, Sir William Arbuthnot Lane and Arnold Bennett to prove that these exercises will reduce weight and make people feel better.
