Course in Cardiology.  —On May 13-14 the departments of medicine and postgraduate medicine of the University of Arkansas School of Medicine, Little Rock, the Arkansas Academy of General Practice, and the Arkansas Heart Association will sponsor a graduate course in cardiology at the school of medicine. Dr. Robert P. Grant of the National Heart Institute, Bethesda, Md., will discuss "The Clinical Usefulness of Vector Technique in Electrocardiography," at 2 p. m. Wednesday.


First Annual Meeting on Diabetes.  —The Florida Clinical Diabetes Association will hold its first annual meeting at the Soreno Hotel, St. Petersburg, May 14-15, in affiliation with the department of medicine of the Graduate School of the University of Florida and the Florida State Board of Health. The meeting is open to members of the Florida Medical Association and to any physician not a member who presents an application approved by a member of his nearest
