State Health Conference.—
The Arkansas State Board of Health conducted its annual health conference at Little Rock, Dec. 5-6, 1938. The speakers included:Dr. Allen W. Dr. Charles A. Dukes, Oakland, discussed "The Voluntary Health Insurance Plan of the California Medical Association" before the San Diego County Medical Society January 20. Dr. Dukes addressed the Los Angeles County Medical Association January 19 on "Progress Report on the Prepayment Insurance Plan," and Dr. Gosta Dohlman, Lund University, Lund, Sweden, "State Medicine in Sweden."
