Abstract

To the Editor:  —I note Dr. Sulzberger's communication on "Lymphopathia Venerea" in The Journal, Nov. 26, 1932, page 1880. This is the nineteenth name so far suggested for this disease. "To him that hath shall be given." May I suggest two more? "Lymphopathia contagiosa," thus sidestepping the occasionally undeserved implication of a venereal origin, or, for those who like long names, "Lymphopathia contagiosa purulenta cicatrizans."
