The author of this book was seven months pregnant when her husband left for the wars. Her book is a psychologic document, imaginative, poetic and sensitive. As fiction it will appeal to few readers. As a contribution to the stream of consciousness. it will be of special interest to the psychologists and the psychiatrists.
