The official 1954 reports of the Treasurer and the Association's auditors are appended as a part of this report.Constituent state and territorial medical associations reported 1954 American Medical Association membership dues collections of $3,154,239. This figure, which represents slightly more than 99% of the potential dues collections, is the highest of any previous year.Receipts from subscriptions to The Journal and to the specialty journals, which also include an allocation of dues for member copies, together with Today's Health, aggregated $3,497,020, compared with $3,475,169 in
