This set is a revision of a similar series published in 1946. They measure 10 by 12 1/2 inches, are printed on cardboard and provide a useful medium of visual education. Values for cooked foods have been used rather than values for raw foods. These charts are attractive and useful and worthy of note by physicians or other professional persons who need such material for teaching purposes.
