The aim of this book is to present a concise atlas of clinical pathology of the oral mucosa that will incorporate a practical approach to the diagnosis of oral lesions. The material is classified according to etiology and pathological tissue changes, and every disease is illustrated by a picture in color. The oral diseases are summarized under these headings: clinical feature, course of the disease, differential diagnosis, frequency, and therapy. Clinical pictures are followed by histopathological descriptions of the lesions. Without attempting to compete with older, bulkier textbooks, this atlas should find a useful place in the physician's library for quick, helpful reference.
